Mid-Day Meal Programme 2015-16 to 2022-23
Mid-Day Meal (MDM) is a flagship programme of the Government of India to enhance enrolment, retention and attendance and to simultaneously improve nutritional levels among children up to class 8 studying in schools. Mid-Day Meals are served on all working days in the school. There is also a provision to provide MDM to school children in summer vacations in drought-affected areas.
